Etienne specialises in the areas of stress, work-related pressure, and habit change. His work at MindCare is particularly focused on situations where professional demands, performance expectations, and personal wellbeing are closely connected.
He is an ICF-accredited coach and an IAPCP-accredited hypnotherapist and works online with clients in the UAE and internationally. Over the past 7 years, he has worked with clients in coaching and development settings, and he now integrates hypnotherapy into this background to offer a more complete way of working with stress, confidence, and established habits.

Trained and credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with seven years of experience in coaching and leadership development.
Hypnotherapy Training
Initial certified hypnotherapy training with Paul McKenna through a Mindvalley programme, followed by further clinical hypnotherapy training with Tina Taylor, Steve Crabb, and Gloria Hammett through the International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICCH) and related programmes.

She is currently furthering her studies through the International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICCH) and undertaking formal studies in psychology.

What Hypnotherapy Involves
Hypnotherapy works with a state of focused attention, often accompanied by physical relaxation. In this state, the mind may become more open to beneficial suggestions and new ways of relating to thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. This concentrated state is used deliberately to support constructive psychological and behavioural development.
Throughout the process, you remain in control and cannot be made to do anything against your will. Hypnotherapy at MindCare is approached as a systematic way of working with the mind that can support personal goals; it is not stage hypnosis and not something done to you without your participation.
