Meet Our Team

Etienne & Nadine

MindCare is an online hypnotherapy practice  working with clients across the UAE and internationally. Sessions focus on stress management, weight-related concerns, habit and behavioural change, confidence and self-esteem and emotional wellbeing.

Both practitioners are accredited hypnotherapists with the International Association of Professional Coaches, Counselors, and Therapists (IAPCP). Etienne is also an ICF-accredited coach, bringing structured coaching experience into the work where appropriate.

The practice brings together IAPCP-accredited hypnotherapy, ICF-accredited coaching, and training with internationally recognised teachers including Paul McKenna, Steve Crabb, and Tina Taylor through Mindvalley. Ongoing professional development continues through the International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICCH), reflecting a commitment to continued learning, clear professional standards, and evidence-informed practice.
